Join us as we build coping skills, offer support, share successes, experiences, struggles, and advice.
Each session will be unique and attendance to all 8 sessions is encouraged as each will cover a different topic and teach a different approach to recovery. Each group will consist of guided group therapy (sharing our thoughts, feelings, and experiences) as well as psychoeducation where we learn and practice a new skill. The skills that will be taught are applicable to all areas of life because eating disorders aren’t just about food. In addition to nutritional education, we will learn distress tolerance skills, how to restructure distorted thoughts, and question our core beliefs. We encourage all who desire a more peaceful, authentic, and wholehearted life to attend!
