The Local Author Talk with Vivian Webster has been postponed. Please check back for the new date.
Join Vivian Webster as she debuts her book STILL NEGRA: A THERAPEUTIC COLORING BOOK CELEBRATING BLACK, BROWN, & MIXED-COLORED GIRLS.
Ms. Webster will share some stories of her own childhood, where she was one of only two black students in her grade-school classroom. She created this coloring book composed of illustrations intended to convey feelings to which many children of color can relate. Attendees will get to color some pages and purchase a signed coloring book to take home.
Ms. Webster is an elected member of the School Committee in Mansfield, a consultant for the National Black Doll Museum, and a coordinator of Juneteenth in Attleboro.
Registration is required and opens on May 27.
