Adopt a Pet Rock: Scavenger Hunt & Craft

On Tuesday, December 26th gather no moss as you roll your way on over to the Ames Free Library. Starting at 10:00 AM in the Children’s Room, join a Scavenger Hunt to find everything you need to adopt the most exciting pet of all. Get ready for a pet rock to rock your world! WARNING: These particular pet rocks can be pretty prickly – and green with envy! For your own protection, these peevish pebbles are limited to one cactus-shaped pet rock per child. The hunt will continue throughout the day as supplies last.
