Storytimes will continue to meet inside at the Queset House until the weather improves. As we stay cozy inside for these next few weeks, please be aware of our latest guidelines:

Space is limited and registration is required. Read your confirmation email carefully to check your status as fully registered or on the waiting list. Once your registration is confirmed, you are registered for that storytime for the entire month. If there is not a registration available, the session and the waiting list are full. You may email kids@amesfreelibrary.org to find out more.

You must complete a separate registration for each child attending storytime. Due to space constraints, no more than one adult may accompany a child.

Storytimes will be held in the second floor Conference Room.

Waitlisted or unregistered patrons may drop in for a simulcast storytime experience. A simulcast (live video feed) will be presented on the big screen in the first floor Presentation Commons.

Please arrive on time. Queset House doors will open at 10:20 and will be locked after 10:40 AM.

Please sit with and participate with your child. Everyone has a better experience when your enjoy storytime together! With a room at full capacity, this also helps minimize distractions for all storytime participants.
